When you use CringeSpeed, we collect the following information:

  • Account information: Email address, name, and hashed password
  • Stake.bet API tokens: Encrypted at rest using AES encryption
  • Claim history: Records of bonus code claims (code, status, amount, timestamp)
  • Payment information: Transaction IDs, amounts, and payment status (processed by NOWPayments)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

  • Authenticate you and manage your account
  • Submit bonus code claims on your behalf using your API token
  • Display your claim history and earnings
  • Process subscription payments
  • Monitor system health and service quality

3. Data Security

We take security seriously:

  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
  • API tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Sessions use HTTP-only cookies with strict same-site policies
  • CSRF protection is enabled on all form submissions
  • Rate limiting is applied to prevent brute-force attacks
  • Infrastructure is protected by a firewall with minimal open ports

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only external service that receives data is:

  • NOWPayments: Receives payment amounts and order IDs to process cryptocurrency payments. They do not receive your email, password, or API tokens.
  • Stake.bet: Receives your API token only for the purpose of submitting bonus code claims.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (portal.sid) to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, same-site strict, and expires after 24 hours. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Claim history: Retained indefinitely for your reference
  • Payment records: Retained for bookkeeping purposes
  • API tokens: Deleted immediately when you remove an account from the portal

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • View all data associated with your account via the portal
  • Update your account information and password
  • Delete your Stake.bet accounts and associated API tokens at any time
  • Request full account deletion by contacting support

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
