1. Service Description

CringeSpeed ("we", "our", "the Service") provides an automated bonus code claiming service for Stake.bet. We monitor for bonus codes and submit them on your behalf using your Stake.bet API token. The Service operates on distributed cloud servers 24/7.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create a secure password to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Stake.bet API Tokens

To use the Service, you must provide your Stake.bet API token. By doing so, you authorize us to submit bonus code claims on your behalf. We will only use your API token for the purpose of claiming bonus codes — no other actions are performed with your token. Your tokens are encrypted at rest using AES encryption.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that every bonus code will be successfully claimed. Claim success depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: code availability, Stake.bet server response times, account eligibility, and code expiration. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Service requires an active subscription. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are non-refundable once processed. Your subscription grants access for the purchased duration (weekly or monthly). We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to violate Stake.bet's terms of service
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

8. Limitation of Liability

CringeSpeed is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: missed bonus codes, account restrictions on Stake.bet, loss of funds, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription period.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, infrastructure issues, or third-party service outages may temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the last update at the top of this page.
